1 | BREAK

Every Process has complications and barriers but every challenge also has its rewards. Instead of just jumping straight to working out we work through this process by understanding our thought processes towards food, motivation, discomforts and time. When we are in control of this part of the process we unlock the power to stay consistent not just during the current fitness journey but also for the rest of our lives. 

2 | BUILD

Build is where we get to work. Knowledge is key and this is where we work on technique, strength, physical tactics and routine. 

 

3 | BECOME

Now we become that person we desire to be, the version of your self that is healthier, stronger, more powerful and content. Fitness is a lifestyle so it does not end here. We set new challenges, goals and take things to another level

Who is Fee?

I AM FEE - Thea Scarlett-Lawrence. I'm 38, a mum of three, and someone who slipped into bad food habits and a lifestyle that damaged my confidence. I hit 110kg, a UK 24, and I honestly didn’t recognise myself anymore.
In 2020, I decided enough was enough. I trained hard, learned everything I could and rebuilt my body and my confidence from scratch.

Now I train women who want to feel strong, move better, look better, and finally feel sexy again. If you’re ready to do the work, I can take you where you want to go.

I will combat laziness and demotivation with a realistic, Supportive, friendly and flexible approach.
