SHAPE DEVELOPMENT CLASS: THE BOOTCAMP EDITION
This class is all about Shape development. Working with what you have and building around that to become a stronger, curvier & fitter person. I use full body weight training, High intensity intervals fused with a full core strengthening. The class is broken into clusters focusing on a different body part each month.

BX3 FLOOR WORK: THE HEELS EDITION
This is a Dance class that combines mobility, repetitive movements, Movement conditioning, sensual Practice and yep your Heels! We work heavily on foundations, flow, confidence and routines. I will take you on an urban musical journey of love, lust, obsession, heartbreak and freedom. During each class you will learn parts of a routine as well as learn to perform with confidence. WARNING: This is a safe space to feel and be sexy
