

1:1 Personal Training & Paired Training
Whether you want focused 1:1 coaching or prefer training with someone for extra motivation, BX3 offers both options so you can build strength, drop body fat and shape your body with a plan that genuinely works.
My approach is simple: clear structure, progressive training, accountability and proper guidance. I don’t guess. I programme with intention, and I’m confident I can help you lose weight, build muscle and completely transform your glutes. And if bingo wings are your struggle, I have a formula for that too.

Paired training is just as effective as 1:1. It keeps the energy high, splits the cost, and still gives you a tailored level of support. If you don’t already have someone to train with, don’t worry — I run a private WhatsApp pairing list where I match people in the BX3 community who want to train at the same level and pace.

Training frequency options

1 session a week
A steady, focused start. Ideal if you’re new, coming back after a break or budgeting. You’ll still progress as long as you follow the plan between sessions.

This is where the real shape change starts. Enough frequency to build muscle, improve form and push strength. Comes with the free monthly stretch session.

3 sessions a week
Your body will change quickly. Maximum accountability, fast progression, and the most support. Perfect if you want results sooner and prefer more structure.

Cancellations
Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Anything under that becomes a charged session unless agreed otherwise.
